Litify is looking to bring a Training & Enablement Manager onboard to work across Customer Success & Experience to work on internal & external training & enablement initiatives. In this role, you'll be designing & developing both customer-centric & Litify-specific content, including, but not limited to, training videos & programs, e-learning modules & courses, articles & other written documentation, etc. Along with the creation of this content, you'll also be handling & delivering the materials that you create. Additionally, you'll also be onboarding new team members to inform & support the team's continued learning, education, tools, & processes to ensure that they are properly enabled, effective, & productive from day one.

You will:

  • Develop a comprehensive on-boarding experience for Customer Success that enables new team members to be effective & successful quickly
  • Assist in developing improved processes & tools with a comprehensive understanding of the customer lifecycle, team member responsibilities & outcomes
  • Provide on the ground coaching & training of team members, taking stock of team level opportunities & iterating on existing training curriculum
  • Design, develop, & iterate on highly polished, customer-facing training videos, slide decks, certification assessments, & other learning programs

You are:

  • A strong generalist, highly competent with the ability to wear many hats & to get things done
  • A confident & persuasive communicator, both written & verbal
  • A highly collaborative team player able to work cross-functionally to achieve results
  • 5-10 years of experience in customer success, investor/client relations or account management, with a training or management focus
  • Experience in developing curriculum, delivering training & upskilling internal talent
  • High instructional/learning experience design & visual design skills
  • Experience with online & classroom facilitation (ideally to customers)
  • Ability to learn quickly & take on challenging or ambiguous new projects with enthusiasm o Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills & a good sense of humor
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo & HTML a plus
  • Previous experience in tech startup environment preferred
  • Travel as needed to support on-site trainings & client visits
