Job Description

The Manager will be a member of Visa's North America Client Delivery team, which is responsible for partnering with NA stakeholders to bring products & solutions to market, driving adoption, & providing scaled support for account executives. The Manager will support & work closely with Client Delivery Leads, as well as key cross-functional stakeholders including product managers, account executives, marketing & communications functions to develop & implement a cohesive, integrated go-to-market plans aimed at delivering a consistent & seamless experience for our clients. The position is based in either Foster City or San Francisco, California.

Essential Functions:

  • Support product launch/scale execution to include sales collateral development, product presentations, messaging, client manager training & general Q&A

  • Serve as internal subject matter expert on covered product(s) as well as related business & operational processes

  • Support North America socialization for product changes that impact clients

  • Support sales planning, including product adoption targets & prioritization by client/market segments

  • Support development, tracking, & management of product sales pipeline process

  • Support on-behalf-of enablement for scaled client adoption

  • Ensure sales process, pricing, contracting, & support resources are aligned with leadership goals & client demand

  • Support cross-functional efforts to troubleshoot, escalate, & resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Support coordination & management of client communications for new product launches & major feature enhancements. Oversee client sales collateral development to include product briefings, product training, FAQs, talking points

  • Foster productive relationships at all levels within the team & across Visa

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4 years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 6 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 years of experience with a PhD. UR Only: MBA/ PhD degree without experience.

  • Product management, development or marketing; management consulting, or business operations equivalent experience (3+ years)

  • Payments experience preferred

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Manage high complexity, effectively manage time, & prioritize workload

  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency & deliver under tight deadlines/timeframes

  • Strategic thinker with superior analytical & problem solving skills

  • Ability to handle multiple projects & synthesize data

  • High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel & Word required
Additional Information

Work Hours:
Incumbent must make themselves available during core business hours

Travel Requirements:
This position requires the incumbent to travel for work 5% of the time

Physical Requirements:
This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit & stand at a desk, communicate in person & by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones & computers, reach with hands & arms, & bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
