The People Operations teams mission is to provide support & drive change in everything related to People.  As a team, we ensure that the employee experience is positive & seamless throughout their career at TigerGraph. You will own your own projects & be actively involved with all parts of the business on a daily basis, working cross functionally with other teams & handling highly confidential information. This role will also provide front-line customer service to all employees in the areas of People, benefits, payroll, stock & IT.  Finally, & most importantly, we seek to continually improve processes & performance to be more scalable & efficient, & to better serve the TigerGraph team globally.

 What You Will Do:

  • Support employees through the HR Life Cycle 
  • Preboarding welcome call/email, initiate background check, creating employee files, & add/maintain new hire to New Hire Tracker
  • Onboarding initiate onboarding workflow in Sapling & manage I-9 verifications 
  • New Hire Orientation conduct 1.5 hours zoom or in person orientation 
  • Add New Hire to TriNet
  • In person/Zoom check-in on the 5th month for all New Hires
  • In person/Zoom Live check-in on the 9th month for Sales
  • Performance Management collect & maintain 
  • Maintain employee records in TriNet, Sapling, & BOX & ensure it is compliant & up-to-date
  • Manage the employee offboarding process
  • Conduct exit interviews with employees, provide reporting & trends to HRBPs & managers & make recommendations for improvement
  • Drives HR initiatives & projects as assigned
  • Process employee change notifications, promotions, terminations, transfers in HRIS
  • Track & process employee referral program
  • Identify process gaps & inefficiencies, provide solutions to address
  • Support the HR team by managing HR projects & roll-out of HR initiatives,
  • Understand the overall organization, providing front-line employee support for basic HR questions & guiding employees to appropriate resources as needed

Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience working in the human resources field
  • At least 1 year of experience involved in administrative tasks such as payroll processing, development of training programs, & employee database management
  • At least 1 year of experience implementing tactics to improve performance management
  • Excellent communication skills & ability to develop interpersonal relationships with employees at all company levels
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion 
  • Strong familiarity with federal, state, & local laws regulating employee relations practices
  • Human resource information system (HRIS) & Application Tracking System (ATS) knowledges.
