Job overview

This role leads with a strategic approach to problem solving, with a proven track record of building & executing strategic lead generation campaigns that drive new customer acquisition & generate pipeline. Marketing channels include email, field marketing, paid social, organic social, content syndication, intent marketing, direct marketing, web marketing, ABM, & other channels. 

Your impact:

  • Create go-to-market plans & content to establish Omada as a market leader.

  • Work with sales & strategy leadership across B2B Commercial business to identify top target accounts & objectives that drive growth & enable customer success.

  • Develop & execute targeted, integrated campaigns, & programs for key accounts (includes Payer accounts), collaborating closely with sales, strategy, & cross-functional marketing teams.

  • Oversee the timely execution of resources, logistics, budgeting, scheduling, digital, & social media strategies for all target account campaigns.

  • Communicate all plans, activities, impact, & feedback to sales & marketing organizations.

  • Track program results, measure success, & report metrics to stakeholders across the business.

  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, tactics, & processes.

  • Define & implement repeatable processes to expand the targeted account program across all strategic accounts.

About you: 

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B software marketing, preferably in demand generation, field marketing, or customer marketing.

  • 2+ years of experience in developing highly targeted marketing campaigns for high-value accounts or verticals.

  • Integrated marketing program planning, execution, & reporting experience.

  • Strong project & program management skills with the ability to drive both planning & execution.

  • Experience with digital marketing, including paid media & paid social programs.

  • Strong interpersonal skills & experience working directly with sales teams & customers.

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM & HubSpot (or comparable marketing automation platform).

  • Exemplary verbal & written communication skills.
