We are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to join our team to drive customer acquisition, activation & retention across all of FanDuel Groups businesses. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing & our customers early experience on the product. You will support the fulfillment & testing strategy of different offers to our growing audience. This role requires a self-motivated & organized individual with high attention to detail who is able to make quick but well-informed decisions & back them up with data driven results.


Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Drive forward a variety of Growth initiatives to improve business performance
  • Contribute to the creative strategy & run point on briefing all assets with our internal creative team
  • Ensure the best possible experience for our new customers by working with Customer Operations teams
  • Test & optimize acquisition & engagement opportunities within the product experience by working closely with Product & Technology teams
  • Lead Quality Assurance efforts on email & mobile to ensure all campaigns are accurate, render properly, & adhere to channel best practices
  • Lead reporting for our customer offers


What were looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum 1-3 years of working in a media, customer acquisition or growth marketing role preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Analytical field (or other relevant discipline) preferred
  • Proficiency with Digital media tools; certificates preferred
  • Track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of tools across the marketing stack (Amplitude, Braze, Optimizely)
  • Has demonstrated the ability to collaborate cross functionally with multiple teams
  • Strong communication skills & relationship management
  • Highly self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, & reporting
  • Customer focused
  • Interest in the Online Gaming Industry preferred
