As a Strategic Operations Manager, you will contribute to building a scalable Operations team, that can deliver a high customer experience & cope with the regulatory requirements, in a fast-paced environment!

Mission: Help Qonto Operations scale successfully

Context: Qonto is growing at a fast pace; we need to ensure our Operations teams grow successfully & remain a key competitive advantage

‍‍ As a Strategic Operations Manager at Qonto, you will:

• Manage external partnerships, lead long-term projects to scale & optimize our activities & follow up KPIs & costs
• Lead cross-team initiatives, prioritize & supporte initiatives involving Product, Data, Marketing, Strategic or People teams
• Provide ad hoc support on strategic Operations projects

About You

Efficient: you are experienced in planning & leading strategic initiatives

Conscientious: you pay attention to detail in the execution & the follow-up of missions
Communication: you have outstanding verbal & written communication skills
Experience: 3+ years of experience in a consulting firm and/or as a project manager in a startup (Experience in payments/Fintech is a plus)
Education: you have a Master's degree or equivalent from a Business or Engineering school
Languages: you speak both French & English, another fluent language is a plus
