A Better opportunity:

Better is hiring for a Senior Office Operations Manager in our NYC Headquarters to spearhead New York office operations & supervise our national Office Management team. As our growth continues, this individual will help facilitate office moves & expansion in partnership with the Director of Facilities. The Senior Office Operations Manager should bring ample managerial tact to maximize the potential of each of those individuals. The ideal candidate will approach their responsibilities with creativity, innovation, & efficiency in mind.

About You:

  • Strong communication, organization, & time management skills
  • A highly proactive self starter
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, & anticipate potential problems before they arise

  • 5+ years in a related position or field
