As an Account-based Marketing (ABM) Sales Enablement Manager, you will have a role that is dedicated to bridging the sales organization & ABM team for shared ABM success. The ABM team's number one objective is to help sales break into high-priority & high-value prospect accounts, as well as provide air cover & pipeline acceleration for active opportunities.
This role will report to the Head of ABM, be within a 2X ABMie winning team, & will play a pivotal role in helping support the team's growth & evolving strategy. The ABM program at Degreed is close to two years old & continues to be built out & scaled. Your addition to the team allows for us to take ABM to the next level.
The ideal candidate will be an architect of ABM sales enablement strategy, an ABM & sales tech stack extraordinaire, sales partner (and whisperer), & the go-to for measurement of success.
