We are currently looking for a full life-cycle Sales Recruiter to help us grow our sales team globally. You will be responsible for recruiting & hiring top sales talent for open positions at a high volume. You will thrive in a dynamic, creative, work-hard, play-hard environment.


  • Perform full life-cycle recruiting with ability to source, screen, interview & close sales, pre/post sales engineer, customer success candidates
  • Dedicatedly research & identify sourcing techniques for identifying top sales talent
  • Work with hiring managers & HR to ensure job requirements are appropriately set, clearly understood, & candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
  • Participate in implementing, continuously refining, & assessing recruiting processes to deliver high quality results & improve customer & candidate experience
  • Ability to recruit beyond selling a role understanding the unique qualities of each candidate, their motivation, & then match talent to the needs of the organization
  • Be familiar with industry trends, market competitors & unemployment conditions


  • 5+ years full life-cycle recruiting experience with 2+ years performing in house recruiting at a high growth software company
  • 2+ years experience recruiting for sales, pre & post sales engineering roles
  • Proven success as a GTM Recruiter, using creative & traditional sourcing methods
  • Previous sales recruiting experience within a high volume setting
  • Possess excellent social, organizational, communication & negotiation skills, positive attitude & high level of initiative
  • Ability to establish rapport with candidates & hiring managers of all levels
  • Ability to work with a high sense of urgency, & remain flexible within a highly dynamic, changing environment while successfully meeting objectives
  • Some ATS (Workday & Greenhouse) experience
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, fast learner with the ability to multitask
  • Actively seeks new ways to grow & be challenged, showing energy for & commitment to learning new & creative recruiting methods
  • Affinity for learning the DataRobots product lines & technology & the ability to leverage that knowledge for promoting the our brand & passionately articulating the our outlook
  • REMOTE in US
