About your role:

The Sr. Director will oversee all analytics functions across Fandom including product, content, BD & marketing analytics. This is a critical role to move our analytics infrastructure, capabilities, & insights forward. The Sr. Director will work with departments across the company to drive a data driven culture.

You will

  • Spearhead cross-company goal setting, develop traffic estimates & forecasts & develop BI tools for consistent performance monitoring across teams
  • Audit current analytics implementation against business needs & re-architect as necessary
  • Enforce strong data governance practices across the company, ensuring there is a single source of truth & consistent reporting across the organization
  • Partner with product team to develop a robust A/B testing program & to help prioritize roadmaps based on best ROI
  • Provide ongoing recommendations to community, content & video teams to ensure teams strategies are aligned with consumer needs & behaviors
  • Lead marketing analytics team, assessing consumer journey & path to purchase across the funnel, model LTV & report on CAC & ROAS
  • Partner with Corporate Development & Business Development teams to model out partnership opportunities & impact
  • Manage a team of 5 analysts

You have...

  • 10+ years digital analytics experience working with editorial/content, marketing, & product/technical teams
  • 5+ years of experience in managing a team
  • Expert level experience with major web analytics tools (GA in particular) & proficiency with SQL, Python & data visualization tools like Tableau/Looker
  • Highly motivated, proactive & able to creatively solve diverse problems
  • Strong results-oriented team player with a passion for driving cross functional collaboration
  • Ability to clearly articulate & present initiatives to creative & technical teams alike
