The Manager, Process & Standardization will own content in the form of Standard Operating Procedures & Policies. This role supports Distribution Centers, 3PL (third-party logistics) vendors, Field Operations Teams, & headquarter operations teams. They will work towards standardizing our end-to-end supply chain operations Nationwide for both Peloton owned & operated sites, & 3rd party teams. In this role, they will assist in building roadmaps & prioritizing work for a Standardization Team. They will work with SMEs & local operations to ensure an understanding of operational needs locally & impact of change. They will also continuously look for ways to innovate & improve our processes to keep us on the leading edge of the industry. They will own & drive standardization of procedures ensuring alignment across our partners & across Peloton owned & operated sites. They will also support development of initial processes related to new product launches. They will collaborate with others to understand the needs of the business to successfully create & deliver documentation & confirm compliance.
