ABOUT THE ROLE 

The Manager, Process & Standardization will own content in the form of Standard Operating Procedures & Policies. This role supports Distribution Centers, 3PL (third-party logistics) vendors, Field Operations Teams, & headquarter operations teams. They will work towards standardizing our end-to-end supply chain operations Nationwide for both Peloton owned & operated sites, & 3rd party teams. In this role, they will assist in building roadmaps & prioritizing work for a Standardization Team. They will work with SMEs & local operations to ensure an understanding of operational needs locally & impact of change. They will also continuously look for ways to innovate & improve our processes to keep us on the leading edge of the industry. They will own & drive standardization of procedures ensuring alignment across our partners & across Peloton owned & operated sites. They will also support development of initial processes related to new product launches. They will collaborate with others to understand the needs of the business to successfully create & deliver documentation & confirm compliance. 

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON 

  • Responsible for all SOP development & policies for our partners & Peloton owned and operated Operations sites
  • Build strategy & processes around standardization of all of our delivery & warehousing operations
  • Understand how change to process & policy is distributed throughout the business and determine the best deployment & version control practices
  • Serve as both a strategic & tactical partner when designing operational processes, introducing new methods & developing new procedures
  • Lead goal setting, assignment of projects, & review of progress, approval, & feedback for direct report(s).
  • Define, track & report on key performance indicators including monthly updates
  • Manage the SOP repository for both 3PL & Peloton owned & operated buildings
  • Own & drive communication flow between internal partners when operating procedures and policies change
  • Use data to help Peloton drive continuous improvement in processes & procedures
  • Develop relationships with, & ensure the appropriate participation of key stakeholders
  • Work with internal stakeholders to create detailed project plans
  • Travel to Operations locations occasionally to ensure compliance with & efficiency of new processes
  • Establish rapport & mutually beneficial relationships & navigate through stakeholder conversations
  • Drive & lead continuous operational improvements resulting in business efficiencies
  • Excel in establishing priorities, driving execution, & meeting deadlines in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

YOU BRING TO PELOTON 

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or comparable field 
  • 2+ years of experience in process development, documentation, & deployment 
  • 2+ years leading direct reports to results oriented objectives
  • Expertise in G-Suite products (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.) & reporting tools 
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Able to prioritize & balance multiple projects to meet deadlines 
  • Lean Certification Preferred 
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, navigating a complex & variety of stakeholders levels 
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, self-starter dynamic environment 
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, preferred. 
  • Experience driving internal influence working cross-functionally on common goals 
  • Demonstration of a growth mindset & team-first attitude 
  • Travel Required up to 25% of the time
