Exciting times ahead as we are in search of our first ever a Senior Technical Recruiter based out of Toronto to build & drive the recruiting efforts by supporting all roles across the Engineering & Product organizations in the USA & Toronto. This position encompasses all stages of the hiring process - including partnering with business leaders on position strategy & candidate requirements, developing sourcing strategies to target/assess top talent, & negotiating/closing offers.
As a member of our Talent team, you'll be responsible for the development, assessment, & delivery of uniquely qualified, diverse candidates for PagerDuty across the USA & Toronto. Your focus is to deliver amazing customer & candidate experience, developing lasting relationships & partnering closely with HR colleagues.
