The role of Sr Manager - IT Architecture & Integration is to lead & manage teams tasked with definition & delivery of the IT platform & integration architectures. Integrations include design, build, test & deployment of integration technologies required for the operation, maintenance, & interface of systems, primarily Mulesoft. Architecture includes platform & technology direction & design to meet day-to-day business needs as well as support for additional modules, countries & regulatory requirements with Salesforce, Oracle Cloud ERP as well as additional 3rd party & custom built platforms. You will work closely with the Software Engineering & IT Platform teams in delivering end-to-end solutions that align to business expectations. The role also involves collaboration with the Enterprise Architecture team in setting technology direction as well as the IT Services & Support teams for deployment & change management.


  • Come up to speed on current state of IT Solutions Architecture, Integrations, & all related processes
  • Establish cadence for communications between IT Architecture & Enterprise/Technology Architecture teams
  • Establish mission/vision for the solution architecture team
  • Document standard practices around when/how to engage solution architecture team
  • Commit to SLAs for architecture review
  • Establish mission/vision for Integrations team
  • Document standard practices around when/how to engage the Integrations team
  • Commit to SLAs for Integration review (not work complete)
  • Determine staffing needs for Integration function

Competencies & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing/implementing Mulesoft integrations
  • 5+ years experience in a technical architecture role with either ERP or CRM
  • Experience designing/building integrations to other platforms & partners including:
    - COTS Salesforce, Oracle Cloud ERP
    - Custom built software & platforms AWS, Azure, Marketplaces
    - Integration platforms & patterns Oracle Integration Cloud, Mulesoft, SFTP, etc
    - Knowledge of End-to-End business processes such as:
    - Customer to Cash
    - Source to Deliver
  • Experience evaluating software & technology for architectural fit
  • Ability to communicate directly with business partners & end users including training as necessary
  • Ability to build, manage & foster a team-oriented environment including 3rd party & offshore resources
  • Able to work in a dynamic iterative manner
  • Able to form good trusting relationships with business partners
  • Education: B.S. or M.S. required
  • Experience working internationally (EMEA, LATAM) preferred
