Position Overview:

Daily Harvest is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our rapidly growing team with the mission to take care of food so food can take care of you. You will be responsible for helping DH scale by attracting & hiring top talent, creating & aligning the talent acquisition strategy with business goals & creating a diverse & inclusive work environment.

What youll do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization, including sourcing, screening & offering to top talent across industries
  • Act as the point person for all communications, including proactive & meaningful interactions with both internal & external parties
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organization, understand each teams unique goals & help to construct a recruiting strategy that helps to achieve those goals & act as a thought partner to client groups
  • Provide a world-class high-touch candidate experience, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates & hiring managers alike
  • Build & maintain a diverse pipeline of candidates, using both new & trusted channels alike
  • Source & attract using creative, out of the box techniques & ensure that we continue to build a diverse & inclusive workplace
  • Track & benchmark metrics within each search to ensure continuous improvements

  • Someone with experience recruiting in an e-commerce start-up environment and/or recruiting for various types of roles within a company

Who you are:

  • Minimum 5+ years recruiting, ideally with in-house experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven success using data, metrics, analysis, & trends to optimize recruiting processes
  • Excellent communication, organizational, & presentation skills
  • Extensive experience creating boolean search strings, navigating LinkedIn networks, utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (such as Greenhouse), manage multiple in & outbound email & phone call communication
  • Someone who will uphold Daily Harvest's values & be a positive representation & addition to the company
