The Financial Systems Manager works with the accounting & FP&A teams & a global user community.  The financial systems team supports the Oracle Cloud ERP, ePBCS, & FCCS applications as well as other 3rd party financial systems, such as Blackline & Zuora.  

The focus of the Financial Systems Manager will be to support the Oracle Cloud ePBCS planning & budgeting application & will lead BI reporting integrations for finance.  The Manager of Financial Systems will also be involved in cross system support & testing initiatives as well as leading reporting process & system improvements at Vimeo.   

What youll do:

  • Support the Oracle ePBCS application during the budgeting & reforecast process working closely with the FP&A team 
  • Manage all ePBCS data integrations & metadata for financial actuals & metrics
  • Build reporting in ePBCS & support Smartview end user reporting
  • Support & build ePBCS models, forms, & calculations
  • Create a strategy for the continuous improvement of the ePBCS tool & lead initiatives to add value & functionality in this area
  • Apply best practices to improve reporting processes especially as it relates to the budgeting & reforecast process role will lead process/system initiatives in this area
  • Partner with the financial systems team to define clear data management controls across Oracle ERP, FCCS, & ePBCS for consistent reporting
  • Support all Oracle or related financial system upgrades, inclusive of design documentation, implementation testing, & training. 
  • Lead for all BI reporting integrations for the entire Oracle financials suite this will require partnering with the Business Intelligence team for delivery  
  • Troubleshoot & conduct root cause analysis of incidents & outages, remediations are implemented for future avoidance, including appropriate communications to business stakeholders.
  • Ensure operational excellence around process & procedures, maintain process documentation.
  • Communicate with internal customers & senior management regularly on status, risks & emergent issues.
  • Maintain superior levels of customer service to all company stakeholders.

Skills & knowledge you should possess:

  • BS in one or more of the following: Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or Finance
  • 7+ Years of direct ERP/ Reporting system experience
  • Oracle ePBCS Experience
  • Oracle System certifications preferred
  • Global company experience
  • SOX control management
