WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Work on solutions to automate & improve development & release workflows
• Build & improve tooling around automation & CI/CD
• Develop tools in order to help us build & ship products & services quickly
• Work on monitoring & alerting
• Research new tools & technologies, push the team to experiment & evolve
• Extend the build system for new application initiatives when needed
• Performance testing & chaos testing

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Required

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps Engineering or equivalent  experience
• Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes
• Extensive experience with automated build systems such as Travis CI, Github Actions, GitLab, or similar
• Building on/supporting multiple platforms (Mac, Linux, Windows, Cloud, etc..)
• Building deployment pipelines leveraging common CI/CD tools
• Scripting languages such as Python, and/or Bash.
• Working with cloud infrastructures, particularly AWS & GCP
• Version control software, such as Git, Perforce, & SVN.

Preferred

• Experience with infrastructure as code such as Terraform, or similar on ephemeral cloud environments
• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes as well as modern configuration management tools like Salt/Ansible
• Knowledge of monitoring & testing frameworks like Grafana or Datadog
