This position is based in Secaucus, NJ & reports to the Associate Director of Inbound Product.Employees receive the following: free shuttle from the local train station to the office, free or discounted lunch options three times per week, free bagels twice a week, on-site mini mart service for your convenience, & monthly free events with snacks & other giveaways!


  • Oversee VIP & vendor consignments
  • Partner with luxury consignment office to manage fashion product being transferred to the warehouse
  • Provide coverage on receiving floor, assist with product questions & distribution to increase departments productivity
  • Point of contact for customer returns, authentication, merchandising, copywriting & inbound loading dock
  • Assist operation coordinators & exception specialist with outstanding product issues & exceptions
  • Conduct weekly & monthly audits to ensure standard operating procedures compliance
  • Uphold company brand & conditions standards
  • Enforce & maintain positive team culture
  • Management of backlog & end of day reporting
  • Oversee all inquiries sent to NJ receiving support, ensuring responses are timely with correct information
  • Oversee department product handlers & support staff


  • Must have at least one year management experience in a related field
  • Highly motivated, dependable & proactive

  • Able to work independently but has the ability to manage a large group in a team environment
