Our roster has an opening with your name on it

The Sportsbook Supervisor will lead a team of Sportsbook cashiers & is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Sportsbook money room, vault, & floor operations. This person will also be responsible for facilitating all money needs & transactions in the money room, including but not limited to transporting banks & change, balancing & auditing cashier drawers, & reporting cash discrepancies to management.

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Responsible for maintaining & balancing the vault daily issues & discrepancies to management immediately
  • Transport change, pickups, & banks in a safe & timely manner
  • Conduct sweeps/bankroll increases on cashier drawers as necessary & provide accurate reporting on monies exchanged from employees at the end of each day/event
  • Complete routine kiosk drops in an efficient manner, according to company policies & procedures
  • Facilitate all money needs while adhering to the companys standard operating procedures
  • Monitor performance, conducts basic maintenance, & customer experience on kiosks
  • Approve or deny wagers from guests in conjunction with the Risk & Trading team
  • Ensure the accurate completion of all paperwork turned in by cashiers & supervisors
  • Handle escalated guest disputes in the Sportsbook
  • Reports issues & discrepancies to management immediately
  • Assist with training, developing, measuring performance, disciplining, and/or scheduling department staff
  • Maintain high visibility throughout the Sportsbook.
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests & fellow employees
  • Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for in our next teammate 

  • Previous high volume cash handling experience required
  • 1+ years ticket writer/cashier experience preferred
  • Must be able to obtain & maintain a gaming license & satisfy all regulatory requirements
  • Strong collaboration & project management skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience in sports or online gaming highly desired
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees & customers
