Appian Customer Experience Consultants build & maintain CCO programs, lead audits, obtain public references, improve our product, & build strong relationships with customers, partners, & industry analysts. You will collaborate with other Appian teams including Sales, Support, Marketing, Engineering, & Professional Service to identify, measure, & enhance the overall customer experience. You will do whatever it takes to ensure our customers achieve success with Appian.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrating executive meetings & owning follow-up activities
  • Become a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business & the best use cases for the Appian Platform
  • Conduct audits, author actionable recommendations, & track the results
  • Assist in the creation & oversight of new customer experience initiatives
  • Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, products, & competitive landscape

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building applications with Appian software
  • Management consulting experience or training
  • Experience using Tableau, Excel, or other data visualization tools
  • Strong presentation software (Slides, Powerpoint, Keynote) skills
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel on an as-needed basis

Education

  • A minimum of a BA/BS degree is required
