Change.org is searching for a Chief of Staff to our CEO. 

We're a social impact business (a public benefit company) & the largest tech platform focused on civic action in the world. We regularly have 80m monthly users; 50,000 campaigns launched on the site every month; 175 staff; & a new revenue model that has grown by 500% in 2 years. In the last week of March alone, more than 100m people were on Change.org - we are seeing surging levels of activity right now as the world mobilizes to fight Coronavirus & the cascading impacts of the Coronavirus on society's most vulnerable.

We are profitable, growing fast, & executing on a plan to deepen & scale the social movements on our platform, from strengthening hate crime legislation in South Africa; to bringing down the price of insulin across the United States; to fighting corruption in Indonesia, Italy, & Brazil. You're a perfect fit for this role if, over a wide diversity of projects, businesses or clients you've built & honed your skills in structured problem solving, outcome-oriented execution, meticulous attention to detail, & executive level communications - all with high analytical capability & rigor. One example of how you might have built this is 4+ years in Management Consulting & an MBA, though there are many ways you might develop these skills in many other ways!

This role represents a unique opportunity to be exposed to & operate at the highest levels of business strategy & operations at a truly global social good technology company that's already at scale, profitable, & growing quickly. You'll build relationships with senior leaders inside & outside the org, & bring the skills you've built to bear on some of our most interesting, high stakes work. It's a great opportunity to set yourself up to transition into a range of senior leadership roles in 2-3 years if desired, or to continue assuming more responsibility within the role as the organization scales.
