Who you are
You are a resilient, creative sleuth that's energized by delivering results through creative approaches to discovering hard-to-hire & diverse talent. In fact, you have a track record of diversifying candidate funnels & creating more equitable pathways for underrepresented minorities in tech. You are incredibly thoughtful & a great writer that knows how to craft compelling stories that engage & excite passive candidates.
Comfortable with lightning fast pace, you can learn-on-the-fly by meeting ambiguity with curiosity & excitement & also size-up talent with limited exposure. Lastly, you don't just put in hard work, you are calculated & measured when it comes to your efforts by owning your metrics. This guides you toward results & enables you to support various stakeholders to make timely, quality hires as a trusted partner that has an informed perspective.
You have at least 2 years of technical sourcing experience, with proficiency in at least two widely used tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Entelo, or Hired, & have a proven track record of building diverse candidate funnels.
What the role is
The Technical Talent Sourcer is the first point of contact for who & how Drizly hires as part of our People strategy. It plays a pivotal role in Drizly's Talent Acquisition strategy & will help the team nearly double the engineering team size year-over-year by creatively sourcing a diverse funnel of humans across the country. It will balance high-volume outreach with thoughtful, intentional, & compelling messages to passive engineering candidates using creative approaches.
The Technical Talent Sourcer is also critical to our diversity commitments in hiring by helping build pathways to communities who are underrepresented & underserved in tech. By partnering with Technical Talent Partners & engineering leaders, the role owns the top of the candidate funnel for over 20 open positions.
