We are looking for an Ad Operations Manager to help us flight, manage advertising campaigns & build a world class advertising platform on Nextdoor. Day-to-day functions include coordinating campaigns with advertising clients, building & trafficking sponsored posts, & troubleshooting issues/challenges as they surface. If you're great with people, insanely detail-oriented, a creative problem solver, & eager to learn more about advertising (or put your keen knowledge of ad platforms to use!), we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, flight, QA, & manage advertising campaigns
  • Traffic, process & QA media tags for advertising campaigns
  • Monitor & solve campaign-related issues
  • Analyze data using statistical software; convert complex data & findings into understandable tables, graphs, & written reports
  • Show flexibility & willingness to handle miscellaneous operational tasks & advertiser requests
  • Work with internal teams to traffic & test ads across various ad serving systems
  • Partner with Account Management team to confirm accuracy of materials & promote successful campaign execution
  • Ensure quality control across all campaigns through enforcing a structured QA system, contributing to seamless pre-launch communication between teams

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in ad operations, account management, project management, or other client-facing operational role
  • Experience trafficking/managing campaigns with awareness & DR goals
  • Programmatic experience is a plus
  • High-level verbal & written communication skills
  • Exceptional organization & time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, & deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrated problem solving & troubleshooting skills
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
  • Bold in sharing feedback & perspective - good ideas come from everywhere
