About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the in-house Visualise' development team (crew). Visualise has a broad & exciting remit, owning the services & APIs that handle our customer's design data' as well as how we bring that data to life visually by rendering customer's design in a number of ways.
There is a real mix of technical & customer facing work for this crew to drive & so a strong technical background paired with a deep understanding of the customer & best product practice is crucial for this role.
Visualise has a wide range of stakeholders internally & externally & also enables a lot of our crews to drive their own roadmaps forward. A critical part of this role is to gather & understand requirements, prioritise value & effectively deliver on the short term to meet business goals & solve real customer problems, all while building out the longer term product vision.
In this role, you'll:
Shape the product roadmap for Visualise & its supporting products, paying particular attention to the needs of our different customers (internal & external) & strategically aligning product initiatives with wider business objectives.
Lead & inspire a cross functional development team to deliver great work with a mission & vision that everyone buys in to. Based in London Farrington, this co-located crew is made up of engineers, a test engineer, an agile coach, engineering manager & access to an experience designer & our in-house research team.
Think about the data. Analyse the impact of increments & features & provide insight on opportunities & recommendations for continuous improvement.
Know your customers & their problems. Truly understand our user segments & their wants, needs & pain points by partnering with our in-house user research, design & customer service partners to lead an outcome-driven approach to product development.
Effectively communicate with stakeholders as well as manage their expectations & identify new opportunities by working across the business. Working alongside engineers, keep abreast of new technical developments that could enhance or revolutionise your products & user experience.
Define & monitor KPIs & prove incremental value of work delivered by the team.
Contribute to the Product Chapter to share your knowledge, learn from others & help us continually improve as a wider Product team.
Own the backlog, clearly articulating & agreeing the user stories & acceptance criteria & prioritising based on value.

You are intrigued by juicy product problems in search of elegant, simple solutions. You love to learn & are quick to recognise failures & pivot the product based on learnings. You are a self-starter who is quick to take direction & run with it.
You're technically strong. You havea track record of successful delivery in a technical role. You're able to discuss & translate complex technical capabilities & constraints & turn them into plain english & you can own & guide the improvement of technical capabilities. You can understand both customer needs & the technical architecture of the platforms & you're able to identify & track key metrics to ensure that your products meet critical service levels.
You're customer-centric. Real, actionable customer insights rock your world. You value user research & actively seek out opportunities to understand your users better, identifying customer needs & solving real problems. You are positive, empathetic & persistently patient.
You love building & strategising. Your perfect week might include a user story mapping session; deep diving for insights in your data; discussing with stakeholders the perfect balance of optimisation & innovation; reviewing & signing off stories & celebrating wins with cake!
You can joust with the best of them. Visualise is detailed & complex. You understand data flows, can converse with architects & engineers on the limitations of approaches, talk discovery' with our Designers & Researchers & can spot a bad smell from a mile away.
