Position
WorkFusion (WF) Robotic Process Automation (RPA) & Automation Intelligence (AI): Java support, troubleshooting, performance analysis & bug fix of Business Processes of On Premise & Cloud WF Customers. 
We are looking for a Java developer/experienced supporter with good troubleshooting skills for L3 tickets triage in 16x5 mode. 

Candidate will be trained & certified by WF Automation Academy as RPA/AI/Platform developer/architect. 

Key responsibilities 
        Assist L2 engineers with WF issues related to 3 components: CT, WS, BEP. 
        Troubleshoot & fix WF (CT, WS, BEP) related issues on L3 level, which implies the understanding how the product works from the inside & how its various components interact together. 
        Create tickets in Jira for defects & feature requests in backlog of development team - if there is capacity & knowledge, L3 Support engineer can fix a defect in the code on his own. 
        Participate in communication with the customers (WebEx sessions, Jira), developers, L2 engineers, delivery managers. 

Qualifications/Experience 
        Java Core knowledge. 
        Java profiling & memory analysis (heap/meta). 
        Java GC tuning. 
        Basic Unix commands 
        English B2 & higher as L3 is frequently involved into direct communication with the Customer's clients. 

Nice to have
        Basic understanding of WorkFusion architecture (components: CT, WS, BEP). 
        Automation Academy certification. 
        Experience of bot tasks & manual tasks development on the basis of WorkFusion platform. 
        Basic understanding of Java memory configuration & multi-threading related issues (OOM and StackOverflow errors). 
        Experience with working with Version Control Systems, IDEs (e.g. IntelliJ IDEA). 
        Basic knowledge of Nginx, Hazelcast, Secret Vault, RabbitMQ, Zookeeper, Mesos, Marathon, Nexus, Minio, Kibana. 
        Linux & Database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL) skills.
