About This Role
Responsible for the curation of community products with business & social attributes, develop online & offline curation strategies, establish a community with good interaction & high activity, provide high-quality services, & promote valuable cooperation among members.
The Engage mission is responsible for delivering technology that creates intelligent environments & connected, consciously-engineered communities for every space in the world. - Instruct community managers & curation specialists to complete high quality content curation
- Develop innovative curation strategies & plan sustainable curation activities
- Analyze behavior data, establish incentives, enhance user interaction rate & increase the rate of solving business needs
- Management & guidance of the curation team, including copywriting, content curation, customer services, internal support, etc.
- Collaborate with products & technologies to closely integrate online & offline projects
- 3~5 years experience in social APP curation
- Excellent written & oral communication & presentation skills, great adaptability & flexible thinking.
- You have high emotional intelligence to relate your products to customer needs
- Experience working or strong interest in working at the intersection of technology & physical environments a huge plus
