Were seeking a Partner Channel Development Manager who will be responsible for driving new channel development end to end: sourcing, developing, launching & growing successful channel partnership programs. You have a good mix of skills including an ability to identify prospects, structure mutually aligned partnership terms, consultative salesmanship, contract negotiation, & ability to deepen partner relationships. You excel at collaborating cross functionally with both internal & external teams & have a strong desire to increase the growth of our business. Reporting to the Senior Director of Partnerships, the Partnership Channel Development Manager will play an integral role in new channel development. New York preferred, remote optional.


  • Identify, structure, negotiate, & execute complex deals with a wide array of partners across industry verticals
  • Establish strong relationships with key decision makers at partner organizations; articulate the BentoBox value proposition, gain an understanding of partner goals & craft mutually beneficial strategies
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, product, & business teams to identify impactful opportunities & drive partnerships to execution
  • Develop, manage & optimize new channels to increase revenue
  • Uphold BentoBoxs core mission, vision, & values

Skills & Attributes

  • 4+ years business development, partnership, or consulting experience
  • Ability to formulate a partnership vision, strategy, & execution plan
  • Exceptional communication & presentation skills, both written & verbal; proficiency when speaking with people from different industries & diverse backgrounds
  • Strong networking skills; ability to walk into a room where you dont know anybody & walk out having made a dozen new contacts 
  • Natural curiosity & solutions-oriented mindset; proactively comes to the table with creative solutions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; constantly looking for new & innovative ways to solve problems & deliver results with limited resources
  • Data driven; adept at using data to inform decision making & prioritization
  • Detail oriented; understands that specificity & attention to detail are the building blocks of a successful deal
  • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
