Our experienced, interdisciplinary team works collaboratively to develop personalized care plans & evidence-based treatments all while using digital tools to transform the way behavioral care is delivered. We have an opportunity for a Speech- Language Pathologist (SLP) at our Shrewsbury, MA outpatient clinic. Clinic hours are Monday- Friday 8am-6pm & Saturday 9am- 3pm.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a patient panel of children (ages 2-18) with moderate to severe autism
• Evaluate & treat communication disorders, including motor speech disorders, language disorders, cognitive language deficits & voice disorders
• Provide clinic-based treatment to improve communication, cognitive abilities and/or dysphagia
• Monitor progress & outcomes through a patient-focused clinical model
• Provide ongoing education & counseling to patient & family
• Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team (BT, BCBA, OT)

Requirements:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Licensed to practice in relevant state(s)
• Experience in pediatrics & with developmental disorders, especially ASD
• Ability to collaborate effectively on a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to commit to 2 shifts per week
