We are seeking a highly organized & adaptable Logistics Coordinator to join our Procurement team. In this role, youll be responsible for handling inventory & distribution of hardware (technology & marketing assets) across our nationwide network. You will be connecting the dots between our finance, operations, technology & brand teams & helping ensure we are planning & executing thoughtfully. This is a fast-paced, hands-on, & exciting role that requires a can-do person who can work with both autonomy & efficiency.


What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate & manage shipping logistics of hardware & support assets in partnership with Procurement & Operations teams, including the execution of CLEAR events in sports, entertainment & airport activations
  • Manage & track assets & materials, interfacing with database & tracking systems
  • Support returns, damage replacements, & warranty claims (RMAs for all field hardware)
  • Control flow of tech equipment lifecycles & depreciation
  • Liaise with field IT admins to perform routine inventory counts
  • Identify new systems/processes to help drive efficiency, visibility and/or cost savings
  • Develop plans for the effective organization & temporary storage of project materials & general inventories at various company and/or independent warehouse locations


Who You Are:

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in combination of events support, strong inventory management, and/or IT support
  • Able to work with minimal direction quickly & efficiently
  • A master of coordinating logistics working across multiple projects & stakeholders
  • Extremely detail-oriented with outstanding communication skills
  • Shipping & receiving experience, import/export
  • Ability to lift heavy materials
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Inventory management software experience
