About the Role:

HYPR is looking for a seasoned People Ops Manager who brings together experience building & scaling to join our stellar team.

This coveted role is at HYPRs world headquarters located in New York City. Relocation assistance for the right candidate will be provided.

As HYPR's People Ops Manager, you will work closely with the COO & CEO to build & scale an effective world class organization. You will be responsible for driving areas of success including:

Talent Management/Recruiting

Onboarding & Continued Development

Compliance & HR

Rewards & Benefits

You will be at the forefront of the needs of our growing team, & in a position to advise & guide leadership on what it takes to hire, coach, retain, reward & scale all while maintaining a close knit initiative driven culture that puts the Customer first.

Responsibilities:

Leading the initiative on talent management, including all outward facing & internal functions. This includes recruiting & how we recruit. Internal focus includes onboarding, employee development, performance review process, policies & procedures for success.

Collaborating with the COO & CISO on all aspects of policies, legal, regulatory & government requirements.

Managing our PEO relationship & HR systems. Advising & mentoring employees as needed.

Working with employees to resolve & respond to issues such as allegations, complaints or rights concerns.

Planning & budgeting needs to enable our organization to scale successfully.

Building an environment that supports collaboration, encourages focus, & drives the HYPR mission forward.

Skills/Qualifications:

5+ years proven experience in people Ops / HR/HCM roles - clear progression & advancement.

Proven experience seeing growth from X to Y - a firm understanding of what will happen that can be avoided.

Proven experience with conflict resolution - across employees disagreements, all the way through to civil or legal challenges.

Strong experience with a variety of systems needed to excel in the role & a familiarity of what should be used & when.

Experience managing & measuring vendor relations. Negotiating skills are a plus.

Familiarity with labor laws, employment laws.

Experience working with a global team & understanding what won't apply abroad.
