Drizly's platform engineering team plays a critical role in building the future & maintaining the current core services , which allows our application team to focus on improving the ways in which customers discover, buy & deliver alcohol from our retail partners. The Director of Engineering, Platform Services is responsible for overseeing the shared services & components of our system including payment processing, identity & many other core services. This individual will work with other engineering teams to help them focus on delivering roadmaps of value to end consumers by building highly reliable infrastructure as a foundation. This person must have experience managing large, complex systems at scale, & navigating the challenges of transitioning from late stage startup to an enterprise company.
