THE POSITION:

We are looking for a Compensation Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in helping to support & assist the Compensation team in planning, designing, implementing & communicating compensation policies & practices aimed at enabling FanDuel to bring in the best talent to drive great business performance. You will be able to leverage your curiosity to analyze data & come up with creative solutions to set the foundation & support our complex growing business.

THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative support of the team to maintain & generate compensation & workforce related data & reporting
  • Work with HRIS team to ensure data integrity, & compliance with policies as the comp team rolls out the compensation module in Ceridian Dayforce HCM
  • Support annual salary survey submissions by compiling requested data & assist with analysis of survey results to ensure competitiveness of our current pay versus the market
  • Support the year-end bonus & merit compensation processes by working with the senior compensation analysts, HR partners, & managers to ensure performance ratings completion & analysis of distribution & year-end summaries
  • Assist with quarterly commission & bonus plan reconciliation & analytics
  • Assist in the creation of documentation supporting compensation changes
  • Assist with the development of compensation program communications to management & employees, including annual compensation programs
  • Support HR Managers & Talent Acquisition on employee matters
  • Generate regular & ad hoc reports, & assist with analysis for special studies as requested
  • Coordinate the development & maintenance of the comp teams systems & process flow documentations
  • Attend & participate in training courses pertinent to HR & the company as required
  • Work on various total rewards projects & perform other duties as assigned

THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, with focus on compensation preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Proficient with Office Applications, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Results oriented with natural curiosity to solve-problems & come up with actionable solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a lot of ambiguity
  • Strong attention to detail & an analytical bent
  • Ability to consolidate & work with large volumes of data
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.
  • Interest in Fantasy Sports and/or Sports Gaming preferred
