As a Commercial Account Executive (AE), you areresponsible for revenue growth in new logo & existing accounts within an assigned territory & ensuring all keymetrics are delivered.

This is a customer facing position requiring executive-level selling skills. Youwill workclosely with the Sales Development, Marketing, Professional Services, & Customer Success departments to proactively develop & execute a territory plan - including all selling efforts, develop executive relationships, & accelerate strategic sales motions.

You will engage with accounts via email, telephone, face to face, & other onlinemediums. Our AEswill provide direction & recommendations to extended territory team & leadership toincrease efficiencies, structure, & strategy of the region, ensuring individual & team success.

What you'll own:

Sales Execution

  • Exceed assigned sales goals & metrics

  • Build & grow pipeline to sustain & deliver sales goals

  • Provide accurate sales forecast

  • Prospect account base for new opportunities

  • Identify & win new business accounts through effective account development

  • Engage in solutions & value-based business conversations to influence customers and, ultimately, close sales

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build relationships with customers through all resources & phases of the life cycle

  • Identify & care for customer needs, business objectives, & success criteria

  • Maintain & leverage accurate customer records within CRM tool

  • Develop process to ensure meaningful customer touch & experience

  • Establish a trusted advisor role with accounts by being assertive, present & relevant

Support & Reporting

  • Provide feedback on pre-sales issues & competitive trends

  • Use sales tools to identify & profile within assigned territories

  • Understand the process of quoting, invoicing & collecting revenue from customers

  • Leverage internal & external tools to maximize customer information

  • Acquire customer testimonials & references for external publication

Territory Management

  • Develop territory strategy plan & specific account plans

  • Expand install base & acquire net new customers

  • Create & execute demand generation plans within territory

  • Increase sales, develop leads, & close opportunities

  • Be accountable for actions & report progress

Experience you'll need:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling SaaS solutions in the Benelux Region

  • Fluency in both Dutchand English preferred
  • Proven track record of exceptional sales success

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred

  • Understanding & experience in selling to Learning & Development, IT & Creative decision makers preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (verbal & written) including outstanding telephone presence, multilingual preference

  • Strong business & financial acumen

  • Self-motivated, accountable approach, combined with strong sense of teamwork

  • Affinity for technology required

  • Entrepreneurial mindset

  • Able to exercise discretion & independent judgment

  • Understands various stages of typical solution sales cycle

  • Ability to follow through & meet deadlines

  • Flexible & adaptable to change

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to develop & execute a territory plan

  • Goal oriented: organizational, team, personal

  • Must demonstrate ability to lead, influence & guide a solution sale

  • Ability to travel on limited basis (10%)
