Maven is looking for an experienced Vice President, Health Plan Sales to lead the companys health plan sales in all stages from identifying, evaluating, negotiating & closing strategic deals. You are a proven sales leader with experience closing complex business deals, & consistently meeting & exceeding quota. Informed by a deep understanding of the health plan landscape & digital health ecosystem, you know how to navigate these organizations & therefore, be integral to the growth of Mavens business. You must be a strong leader, creative, results-oriented, with a strong network in the health plan ecosystem. The role will report to our General Manager.

As Vice President, Health Plans Sales, you will:

  • Drive Mavens partnership strategy with health plans across multiple levels that results in unlocking new employer relationships
  • Craft, refine & deliver Mavens value proposition to C-level stakeholders at health plans
  • Manage overall sales process & provide regular & accurate sales forecasting
  • Develop & maintain a network of relationships with key stakeholders in the health plan space
  • Provide insight & proposals on process, tactics, success & challenges back to the team for learnings
  • Develop a coherent understanding of market opportunities, emerging customer needs, & the competitive landscape
  • Lead collaboration with our internal teams to ensure organizational understanding of partner requirements

Were looking for you to bring:

  • Successful track record & 100%+ quota attainment for past 3+ years
  • 8-10 years experience in digital health sales, selling into health plans
  • Experience leading sales with multi-million dollar contract values
  • Ability to adapt presentations on-the-go to cater to different settings
  • Experience in Salesforce

Helpful experiences & backgrounds:

  • A network of relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare
  • Passion for contributing new ideas & feedback from market to internal teams
  • Natural leadership ability, strong relationship building skills & ability to work independently
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a growth stage environment
