The Talent Acquisition Analyst is responsible for ownership of the day to day reporting deliverables supporting all of Walmart eCommerce, including Jet.com. They should have a strong understanding of how to build reports, working with multiple systems & stakeholders, with strong attention to detail. They will be working alongside a talented team in a collaborative & fast-paced environment.
Challenges youll be tackling
Delivering meaningful & impactful reporting that enable insights & solutions to senior leadership
Creating dashboard reports & finalizing the presentation of data for the business
Identifying data inconsistencies & flagging for process improvement
Leveraging world-class technology for analysis, reporting, & data visualization
Work within multiple systems to gather data to complete weekly reporting deliverables for staffing
Partnering with Talent & HR Resources teams to deliver in-depth reports & analysis
Build relationships with stakeholders in each organization to identify opportunities to create better reporting around staffing activity
Build & innovate reporting & analysis using data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc.
Work with the Data Engineering to aggregate data from multiple sources

Minimum 3 years of experience working in reporting & data gathering
Proficient in Excel
Bonus points for Experience with
MBA or Masters Degree in Business Analytics, HR Management
Proficient with Tableau or other Data Visual Tools
