What you'll do

If so, then a role on the Sales Engineering team at DoubleVerify is exactly what you are looking for!

  • Provide Advanced Technical Support During Sales Cycle & Testing
    • Contribute to client meetings alongside Sales as industry & subject matter experts
    • Realize solutions of a complex nature that utilize DV services in a way that aligns with client objectives
    • Recommend proper ways to analyze data from head-to-head test & best practices when architecting test campaigns
  • Develop & Analyze Custom Reports Based on Client Needs & Goals
    • Work closely with Database & Analytics teams with our SQL databases to extract various data points needed to tell a story or research the source of an issue
    • Create custom reporting per client spec & automate to various types of endpoints
  • Work Alongside Implementation, Product, & Engineering Teams on Escalated Troubleshooting Issues
    • Provide advanced investigative assistance to the DV Implementation team on tag implementation & integration-related issues
    • Liaise with the Product/Engineering teams on progressive matters surrounding the use of DV technology in emerging platforms & environments
    • Develop tools & processes that will be used on a day-to-day basis by the DV Implementation team to ensure the proper functionality of DV technology in specialized circumstances

Who you are

  • 1+ years of demonstrated technical experience in the online advertising industry
  • Strong analytical skills & attention to detail
  • Exposure to ad server and/or third-party creative tags
  • Ability to interpret & understand prewritten HTML
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint on a daily basis
  • Demonstrated skills in project management with focus in requirements gathering, resource organization, project/task prioritization, & scheduled development
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills with the ability to establish effective relationships across all levels of an organization, both internally & externally
  • Comfortable working independently, extremely well organized, have the technical aptitude to learn new technologies
  • Strong organization skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments for numerous prospective clients

Extra Bonus

  • Expert in both server & client-side web technology
  • Ability to code in HTML & JavaScript (other scripting & programming languages a plus)
  • Confident, self-motivated independent thinker & team player.  Willing to hit the ground running
  • Direct experience working at:  advertising agency, publisher, ad network, or demand-side platform
  • Understanding of the online media marketplace & experience with ad servers & third-party creative tags
  • SalesForce experience
  • Experience working with SQL
  • Ability to travel internationally (< 20%)
