As the Manager of People Solutions, Talent Management performs delivery of advanced, specialized Human Resource (HR) processes & targeted programs in coordination with the People Team's Centers of Expertise (COEs) & People Solutions Leaders. In this position, you will focus on improving the People Team's talent management systems by analyzing data, identifying trends, refining processes, implementing tools, creating programs & more.
