We are looking for an Analyst to join our Treasury department. The individual will be part of the Controllership team & will report to the Treasury Manager & coordinate with various teams across the finance & accounting organization as well as with agents on major banking projects & on daily operations. The individual will also partner with the accounting & finance team to ensure consistent application of policies & procedures & continuous improvement projects are achieved.
Administer the users of the global banking platform (user set-up & training, maintenance & issue resolution)
Assist with the transitioning of the Companys bank accounts & banking processes to a large global banking partner
Assist with managing the bank account administration including updating signature mandates, performing quarterly signature audits with banks, maintaining the list of bank accounts, & bank portal administration
Support the finance, accounting & agent teams with banking matters (user access & payment related matters)
Provide excellent customer service by proactively managing issue resolution
Assist with maintaining a system of policies & procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities
Perform special projects as assigned
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required, preferably in Business, Management, or other related fields.
1- 2 years of treasury experience
Experience maintaining a banking platform preferably JPM Access
Basic knowledge of residential real estate, preferred
Experience working with large banking platforms
Experience working across multiple geographical entities
Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with cross functional teams, agents, clients & third-party providers
Strong attention to details & project management skills
Ability to multi-task & handle several deadlines simultaneously
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent customer service & ability to handle issue escalation & resolution
Excellent oral & written communication skills
PC proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel
Experience with NetSuite, a plus
