We are currently seeking an Instructional Designer to join the Education team to design & iterate learning & development materials. The Instructional Designer will partner with other members of the Education team, Product Owners, Engineers, & the Account Team to design, produce, & maintain world-class training & resources for customer & partner onboarding & product usage.
This position will play an important role in educating both customers & partners at Firstup. You will become a subject matter expert of the Firstup platform & communicate that functionality to a diverse audience. You will also leverage analytic skills to identify opportunities for improvement & the evolution of our offerings.
