US Product Strategy & Operations Group serves as the synapse between Product & merchant-facing teams to ensure Klarna is building & launching the right products for the US market with proper fit, speed & quality. We do this by leading early product discovery, consulting on product development, implementing go-to-market launch strategy & driving operational efficiency.
Our group sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Legal, Analytics, Partner Success, Marketing & the many other functions at Klarna to deliver a common goal: create the smoothest shopping experience for users.
As a Product Strategy & Operations Analyst you will sit at the intersection of Marketing Analytics, Data Science, & Growth Marketing. You will be responsible for two key areas:
Uncover the set of product usage behavior(s) that separates our customers who find value in our products (i.e., those with high engagement) from those who don't so we can optimize & promote those sets of behaviors.
Assess product performance & develop strategy for product growth by defining the right groupings & cohorts for these users & making recommendations on tactics to address the challenge(s) these cohorts face in adopting our product offering over time, moving them closer to being a ‘core' user.
You will partner with Product, Commercial & Marketing teams to drive product performance, usage & growth.
