How does this Position help VTS Succeed?
VTS is seeking a manager for the Midmarket & SMB segments of its Client Advisory team in North America. As the manager of this high-performing team, you'll be responsible for defining strategy, playbooks & tactics that the team will execute against to drive overall net retention of accounts.
Reporting into the Director of Client Advisory, you'll work alongside the Enterprise & International Advisory leaders to define strategies & processes that scale across our client base. You'll quickly become an expert in the CRE industry & influence disruptive change in how the largest landlords & brokerages in the world operate daily.
You will collaborate directly with key departments internally, including sales, marketing, business operations, product leadership & our executive team in a fast-paced environment & own key initiatives focused on our fastest growing segment of accounts. You'll work with the team on developing long-lasting client relationships, strong account plans & expanding their own skill sets & career growth.
