About the Role
Confluent is scaling rapidly in APAC & our Recruiting Coordinators play an integral role in how we grow our team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role as our first coordinator on the ground in the APAC region working closely with recruiters & sourcers to make key hires that help the the company grow. You will learn foundational recruiting, HR & operations skills & will work cross-functionally to provide a world-class candidate experience & act as an operations ambassador as we work to implement scalable processes.
As our first coordinator in region, we are looking for someone with strong Coordination experience & a good understanding of how recruiting operates in the APAC region. Your knowledge will be invaluable to your success in this role.
