A Pluralsight Author Success Manager (ASM) builds amazing relationships with new & existing Pluralsight Authors in specific topical areas to produce the highest quality content for Pluralsight's learners. An Author Success Manager provides complete support for authors & creates value for them while working cross-functionally with different teams within Pluralsight.

What you'll own:
Onboarding of Authors to the Pluralsight community & setting them up for opportunities & success.
Reviewing, iterating, & approving course proposals, by working in conjunction with experts & the Pluralsight curriculum team to co-create incredible learning experiences.
Prioritizing & facilitating content creation by collaborating with Expert Acquisition, Curriculum, Content Quality, & Production teams.
Contracting opportunities for Authors using tools such as Salesforce & Docusign to create accurate & precise legal documents that communicate expectations & scope.
Communicating & enabling Author improvement through collaboration with production & author training teams
Proactively matching Authors to new opportunities & setting them up for success by empowering their experience with feedback & clear communication.
Experience you'll need:
Bachelor's or graduate degree in a relevant field.
3+ years of experience as an instructional designer, learning experience designer, technologist, project manager, account/customer success manager or equivalent.
Working knowledge of Docusign, Salesforce, Trello, or equivalent contracting, CRM, or Kanban project management tooling.
A demonstrated track record of long-term project success & management.
An understanding of technologies & trends. Security, Data, or Cloud experience preferred.
Experience working within highly technical teams or software engineers preferred.
Professional video & audio production experience & understanding of industry practices & tools preferred.
