As a training operations specialist, youll help to support the day-to-day operations of a small team of technical online course developers. Youll work closely with them to help oversee course assets, team procedures, & help ensure the quality of our content for Appians web-based learning materials! What is Appian? Its an application development platform that lets users of varying technical ability build powerful cloud & mobile apps with flexible, visual models instead of clunky custom code.
Help to organize & manage content resources & assets across a variety of platforms
Ensure a positive customer experience for self-paced learners by responding to customer support questions & inquiries
Help to maintain procedural documentation & drive process improvement changes
Support & improve go-to-market strategy for online training resources & promote content across internal & external audiences
Develop course abstracts, blurbs, & marketing content for technical material that clearly communicates the value of content & learning solutions to customers
Coordinate team ceremonies & meetings; help to facilitate & improve team communication
Gather & prepare data for training engagement reports & insights
Coordinate with training development vendors & partners, including learning system & translation vendors
Assist with quality assurance control for content resources prior to publication

Experienced with Google suite & Microsoft Office
Preferred Experience Level
1-3 years of experience with operations management and/or project management
BA in business, communication, English, education, or related field
