What We Need:

As Yieldmos part-time receptionist you will ensure that guests are greeted, packages are received, as well as support the People team with various tasks. Competitive candidates must operate with autonomy & have a sense of ownership that drives excellence in regards to the front office. Hours are Monday thru Friday, 4-6pm.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors & ensure they have a great initial experience
  • Manage front office ambience & cleanliness
  • Sign for & deliver packages; direct service providers to the appropriate location(s)
  • Ad hoc HR support as needed for the People team (admin tasks, program prep tasks, etc)

What Success in this Role Looks like

Success in this role hinges on the abability to adapt to the daily needs of the office in a short amount of time. Developing & executing a seamless daily transition process with our Office Manager is critical to the success of this role.
