As a Head of Revenue Planning & Projects, you will collaborate with the Director of Revenue Growth, Maria, in order to plan & lead Qonto's revenue strategy.

You will create & lead the Revenue Planning & Projects team & you will lead cross-team initiatives to accelerate Qonto's revenue growth.

‍‍As a Head of Revenue Planning & Projects at Qonto, you will

Create & lead the Revenue Planning & Projects team
Lead the definition of Qonto's revenue framework and our main action levers (identify initiatives impacting our existing levers and/or creating new ones)
Contribute to revenue forecasts, revenues analysis, & impact assessment
Manage cross-team initiatives to accelerate Qonto's revenue growth

About You

Experience: 6+ years of experience with at least 2 years in a top-tier consulting firm and/or as a project manager (Experience in payments/FinTech/scale-up is a plus)
Great manager: you have a solid success record in hiring & coaching your team to meet their goals
Experienced project manager: at ease at managing complex & cross-team strategic projects
Team player: you are able to work strategically & collaboratively across departments
Outstanding communicator: you have excellent verbal & written communication skills & you are excellent as well at collecting information & feedback from others
Analytical thinker: you are used to making data-informed decisions
Conscientious: you pay attention to detail in the execution & the follow-up of missions
Languages: you speak English fluently, French is a strong plus
