Join our team as an Account Director in London.

Were Magnite (NASDAQ: MGNI), the worlds largest independent sell-side advertising platform. Publishers use our technology to monetize their content across all screens & formats including CTV, online video, display, & audio. In April 2021, we acquired SpotX to further enhance our CTV business & better help our clients in this rapidly growing market. Anchored in sunny Los Angeles, bustling New York City, mile high Denver, historic London, & down under in Sydney, Magnite has offices across North America, EMEA, LATAM, & APAC.

The Account Director plays a key role in ensuring the overall success of the company & is effectively the general manager of a defined book of business & has top line revenue responsibility. The AD is ultimately responsible for ensuring Magnite exceeds our Publishers expectations in delivering on our core value propositions: making them money, protecting their brand, & saving them time. This role will be based in London.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Provide end-to-end customer service for all client needs including regular performance reviews on weekly, monthly & quarterly basis for top tier clients
  • Work side-by-side with the global Seller teams for top tier Publishers with an international foot print to ensure internal & external global stakeholder alignment (knowledge sharing, collaboration, product roll out co-ordination etc.)
  • Liaise globally with Ad Ops, Demand, Legal, Sales & Finance teams to ensure quick resolution of any issues
  • Analyse & effectively communicate client program results vs. eCPM goals, based on inventory performance & reporting data
  • Manage general & specialised client requests; including site/zone set up, billing inquiries, contractual amendments, account requests, & feature/product enhancement requests from new & existing clients
  • Contribute to internal product development planning
  • Work side-by-side with the business development team to pursue new business opportunities & manage existing publisher relationships
  • Assist the business development team in communicating the company's value proposition to new clients & large strategic accounts

Here's what we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience managing internet advertising accounts (e.g. working for an SSP, large web publisher, or buy-side Trading Desk looking for a new challenge)
  • Strong understanding of Internet advertising (account set up, inventory & tag management, click reconciliation, etc) & also programmatic is a must
  • Self-starter & demonstrated track-record of executing a project through to successful completion
  • Outstanding computer skills including solid competency on MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint,, & Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
