• A proven track record of meeting & exceeding metrics within a numbers-driven & performance-based environment, & the ability to determine optimal pipeline development activities.

• To be a coach that can hire, train & retain young sales talent to match Appians growth. 

• To be a leader that can run discussions & meetings, balancing competitiveness & collaboration.

• Strong organization & time-management skills, & the ability to manage multiple projects & competing tasks/priorities.

• A collaborative mindset to provide timely & insightful input back to other corporate functions

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree

• 3+ years of software sales experience. Sales/Business Development Management experience preferred.
