Teads is seeking a Creative Strategist in France to help drive our creative offering to our agencies & clients in (market).  Your primary focus will be supporting our media sales team in building creative orchestration for Tier 1 client briefs, building direct relationships with our clients, educating & evangelising on the power of mobile creative & by engaging  their respective creative agencies.  

==== Responsibilities =====

  • Delivering creative orchestrations to briefs & creative assets supplied by clients directly & agencies.
  • Working with design to ensure creative designs are brought to life & delivered to SLAs
  • Represent the business (Teads) & product suite (Teads Studio) effectively in the market.
  • Provide creative guidance & support to our most important clients on an ongoing basis.
  • Prospect potential partners through proactive creative work & education.
  • Effectively manage these partners on a day-to-day basis with the assistance, guidance, & support of the local sales team & Studio lead.
  • Develop & hold creative sessions/workshops with the aim of delivering creative excellence to our clients.
  • Develop creative narratives & solutions that are based on learning & insights.
  • Liaise with internal teams in Studio, Insights, Sales, Marketing & Customer experience on developing best practices & innovative creative solutions.

==== Requirements ===== 

  • First experience (2 years as a minimum) of developing & co-ordinating creative strategies across video, display (and cTV - non essential) 
  • Knowledge of the video & display market & supporting technologies & platforms.
  • Proven ability to multi-task & nurture multiple prospects & commercial partners whilst meeting deadlines.
  • Possess existing relationships within the creative industry (agencies)
  • A natural presenter with an ability to engage audiences at all levels.
  • Some technical knowledge of Video standards & performance metrics
