What Youll Do:

The Welcome Desk Receptionist role will be responsible for greeting all Convene guests, including WorkPlace members & visitors, Meetings clients & attendees, & vendors. In addition, this individual will maintain the organization & zoning of the Welcome Desk & support the WorkPlace Experience Manager(s) with administrative responsibilities.

  • Warmly welcome & greet all guests, WorkPlace members, clients, meeting attendees, & vendors with appropriate verbal & body language
  • Ensure welcome area is clean, organized, & zoned
  • Assist WorkPlace Experience Manager with new member move-in/outs
  • Lead check-in process for member & client registrations
  • Working aside Main Building Lobby Security to ensure seamless Welcome experience for Convene guests
  • Assists with becoming a subject matter expert regarding property information, neighborhood information, & all of our offerings, products, policies, & procedures
  • Provide WorkPlace administrative support as needed, including but not limited to:
  • Tracking & submitting vendor invoices & property expenses
  • Managing visitor & client check-in processes at the reception desk.
  • Provide directions to meeting rooms & event spaces
  • Support the WXM with managing internal ticket items
  • Coordination of COIs, point of contact for repair & maintenance, & liaison for guest inquiries/questions
  • Answering all incoming questions & requests via phone, email and/or in-person at welcome desk; directing incoming questions & requests to the appropriate party
  • Handling all daily incoming & outgoing mail for the property
  • Manage & retrieve packages for workplace members
  • Manage key card activation/deactivation for WorkSuite & Individual members
  • Helps to maintain property organizational systems & inventory

  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
