As our Lead Banking Operations - Cards & Checks, you will manage the compliance of operations events on payments accounts linked to cards, checks, & cash collection in order to ensure high quality & secure processing while meeting customer expectations.
Directly reporting to
Amaury, our Head of Banking Operations,
you will join the Banking Operations Team (30+ people) & will have the opportunity to lead 6 people directly (+ external consultants) on a strategic scope for Qonto.
As a Lead Banking Operations - Cards & Checks at Qonto, you will
• Manage the production of the cards & checks team, its partners & optimize processes with the aim of bringing together cards disputes, along with checking processes & cash collection of debtor accounts
• Organize relationships with external partners to protect Qonto's & our customers' interests
• Participate in cross-functional projects & support the development needs of the operations in line with Qonto's objectives

About You
• Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in payment & the first experience in management.
• Leadership: you know how to motivate & make your team grow
• Mastery: You are familiar with card payment systems, ideally within a banking environment
• Hands-on: You are ready to get involved & dive into the production lines
• Cross-functional teamwork: You are able to collaborate efficiently with different departments
• Analytical skills: You are able to break down problems & find solutions
• Languages: You are fluent in English & French
